Another pig roast has come and gone and we have been reflecting a bit on the event. Helen and I are fortunate enough to be able to provide the venue, but so many other folks are the real reason that this can be pulled off.

It truly is a co-hosted event with Marc and Kris Fuller, Andy Holland, Autumn Burns and Jim Pfaff.  It could not happen without all of these dear friends co-hosting the event and doing whatever necessary to get it done.  Not to mention the help from other friends as well.

We especially want to thank Marc Fuller.  Without him there would be no pig roast.  It was his and Andy’s idea to do this and to use the event to support the Oregon Food Bank.  It is primarily his skills as a cook and pit master that we all get to enjoy. Marc also does all the IT stuff including the website, Facebook page and email list (I even had to ask him to post this for us). 

We also want to thank all that attended as it is the guests that really make this event.  The number one complement we receive over and over is how much people enjoyed the other guests they met.  We thank you all for being so cool and hope to see you again next year.
